      free soda, free bagels, free desserts during holidays

      No proper procedures to the job correctly. Too many controlling people that does not allow you to learn the job properly

      Pros

      You get a floating Holiday that you can use whenever you want + 10 HOLIDAYS that fall on very good dates throughout the year = 11 Holidays.

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work in, you may have to mandatorily work on those holidays if they do not have enough volunteers.
