Ugh....why am I still here? - Field Sales Xode Employee Review

I am sorry your experience at Xode did not live up to what you had imagined. --You "came from a Fortune 500 Company"? Technically, you had already been fired from that company, you just failed to mention that in your interview or include that on your resume, which we later found out from a sales person who called on us from your old copier company. --"Pay better, don't weigh it so much on commission"? We don't offer compensation based on commissions so I am not sure how we could weigh our pay any less on commissions. We are Salary + Bonus. --"Think outside the box"? If expecting your sales people to make calls from 8 AM to 4:30 PM is antiquated thinking and relegated to being "In the Box" type thoughts, then I guess we don't think Outside the Box. You got us on that one!
