Every department rolls up to one person and their views are very subjective. There is a lot of favoritism for people who are "yes boss" people and others fall victim to silent politics. No matrix for escalations or even open discussions since everyone including HR reports to just one person. It leads to a lot of stress with zero professional growth. They will also tell others that these are fake reviews by interviewees whom they rejected but it's a review by an employee who has witnessed along with many others the work culture.
