Pros
- Excellent perks for tech team, WFH options, free food, good parties, quarterly meetups - Very niche product with a good scope (if the right people come and remove some of the worst lines of code in the history of mankind)
Cons
- There is this Indian VP guy at the top, he puts his nose into departments he is not responsible for. I am not saying he is bad or anything. He has friendly ties with some women in the Indian tech counterpart and he favours them all the time even if they are not doing their job properly. - The technical leadership is the worst that anyone will experience. Super immature and inexperienced in handling large codebases. - You work with some senior developers/testers who are not very technically sound, immature professionally and mostly rude.
