      Pros

      Developers are great people and they work together as a team

      Cons

      Management is pretty bad at decisions and are outsourcing everybody to cheaper countries, which is fine most of the time, but it isn't when the code that they produce is pretty bad

      Great employee benefits. Hybrid work and subsidized lunches. Growing company who cares for employees. Greta intern program.

      - Flex PTO was nice - Decent work life balance - Remote work

      Cons

      - When I received my promotion I was told that I would get back pay for the start of the year, they cancelled that and only gave us stock options -HR messed up my W2 more than once, AND DIDN'T PAY me one time. They accidentally switched my role to hourly when I was a salaried employee. - My manager promised I promotion that came a year late with a 2% salary increase.. - There was no growth trajectory - My manager lied to me on multiple occasions
