This isn't their first rodeo; they know how to scale a technology company from inception through successful exit. 4. An admirable COVID19 response that has prioritized employee health and safety and that has also included numerous opportunities for company bonding and employee self-care 5. Numerous opportunities to gain breadth or depth of experience, either through promotion within a single department or through lateral moves between departments.
Cons
Xometry faces many of the same challenges encountered by other high-growth tech companies: 1. Cross-department communication and collaboration is improving, but could be even better. 2. As we scale, the company is working hard to maintain the close-knit culture of a start-up; it's still a work in progress.
