      Company just overall is fantastic. Vision is clear, execution the same, as well as contributions from anyone anytime you need.

      Cons

      Travel sometimes gets too much, but thats a pretty good con with all things said.

      Pros

      Global company that puts a strong emphasis on keeping their employees connected. Aside from extensive (work-related) travel, there are also several trips a year to the home office in Switzerland.
