BBQs and pizza instead of ever seeing your wages being lifted to keep in par with rising costs of living.
You WILL hit a "departmental cap" for your pay within the first year and then you will watch yourself have less and less to spend on your life as they do not even give anywhere close to a cost of living adjustment.
Managers will tell you they are thereto help your career goals but really they are actually scared of any of their workers proving how unnecessary they actually are.
