Pros
One of the higher paying jobs for an LPN in Lawton, OK (without having to do bedside nursing). Friendly environment, fast paced, support from coworkers, professional environment but still enjoy our little downtime through the day. If an emergency comes up they do their best to work around unexpected time that you need off from work.
Cons
Mandatory lunch breaks even when the clinic is very busy and it’s difficult to stop helping your fellow coworkers. Upper management can seem threatening with their emails instead of encouraging. CEO and CFO with visit the clinic asking how we feel about the “culture” and environment but then we get reprimanded for speaking our minds. Not much room for growth, when you learn your job that’s it, nothing more to work toward.
