Charles' (CEO) vision is simply amazing. People were nice and generous. If your vision matches to this company, then its the best team to join.

Yohei's management was horrible. ( but I heard he left the company last year so there should be no problem at all..)

Good pay, Flexible hours, chill work environment.

Company isn't going anywhere. They have funding from a parent company, but they don't really seem to be doing much.
