      Greatly knowledgeable employees that really care.

      Cons

      A managerless structure that creates a lot of arguing, including how to pay out commissions to a team with different compensations plans. Leadership is viewed as a negative as all decisions have to be made by team decisions making it very difficult to move forward with any planning or GTM strategies.

      Work from home, work life balance

      Cons

      “Profit sharing” determined by the team, no guidance from leader, “managerless” company where everyone reports directly to the CEO who doesn’t understand sales. No development from the organization, it’s 100% on you. No reviews or guidance on how to do better.
