Pros

Yager is the kind of company that can be a good place for people who just kicked off their career and eager to learn, you'll find plenty of help.

Cons

from underestimation to lack of trust, unfortunately these cons still exist in the senior internals at Yager, it's easy to feel bullied by directors and even fellow employees, especially if you're shy or a foreigner. You have to be loud and aggressive to get your way, or you'll be stepped on.

One of the nicest companies I've worked for, great benefits and they seem to genuinely care about employee wellbeing and a work-life balance.

Cons

Sometimes management of projects can be a bit disorganized
