      Pros

      The small size of the company fosters a friendly and team-based culture. The work can be very fun, if you're interested in baseball and the Yankees.

      Cons

      There seems to be too much office politics at the higher levels of management. Management is also very conservative in the way it explores new business opportunities.

      Pros

      Worked directly under the VP of Communications and got to learn an immense amount from him.

      Cons

      I wish I would've been able to work 4 days a week to learn more but couldn't because of school.
