I was really grateful to be part of such a great team in community housing. YFS does some amazing work, and it was great to have the professional development and mentoring whilst making a real difference in the community. It is a well-paid role with plenty of training opportunities. It's also great to see that YFS has invested in a leadership development program for future leaders, which I have already seen people come through into program manager roles.

While the work can be challenging at times due to client complexity, the team always rallies behind you to overcome any obstacles together.
