1. You will have friendly co-workers ready to help you out. 2. If you're living far away, you will have a choice to stay in the company dormitory

Cons

1. Little to no training. 2. Communication and language barriers with the Japanese. 3. Little to no team collaboration. 4. Little socialization. 5. Last minute tasks. Expect that you will have additional tasks just 30 minutes before the end of work hours. 6. Excessive overtime 7. May burn you out mentally. 8. Not good management, favoritism and politics is the main problem 9. Not competitive and salary 10. Many employees resigned
