Pros

Being a small company there are a plethora of opportunities to volunteer and try new roles and acquire new skillsets. It's a great environment for those who take the initiative. The staff genuinely care about how you are doing, how your family is doing, and how your projects are going. They take time to get to know you. All of the managers I've had have valued the work I've done and are ready to share their business experience to help my development. I appreciate the autonomy and trust to do the work assigned. If an urgent situation arises, which they always do. we are trusted to take care of those we love (even pets) and make up the time we owe to our clients later that day or shortly after.

Cons

Yahara serves transportation and life science companies. At times it is confusing, conflicting and competitive for internal resources.

Pros

- The people who work here are incredibly genuine, kind, and so good at their jobs, which makes the workplace culture really welcoming. - Lots of flexibility with work from home and flexing hours. - Really interesting work. We primarily serve the biohealth industry, which has a huge impact on improving human health and it's really rewarding to know that the work we do has a positive impact on our community and world. - Everyone gets a sizeable career development stipend. - Office is nice and drinks and snacks are always stocked. - The ownership genuinely care about the people who work here. - There's tons of opportunity to learn, grow, be creative, make mistakes, and do impactful work.

Cons

Not a ton. I wouldn't mind more paid holidays or PTO, but being in at a job with such good people and such a great culture is really healing my soul, so I can't complain.
