I think they have a great place where all of their employees feels invited to come and share a nice experience. There are many things to work on and you wouldn't be bored by the challenges that might come at your way. Another thing that excels from Yalwa is that they offer you many opportunities to grow as a professional and, along the way, facilitate commodities in which the balance of workload and self-care are not only perfectly balanced, but also nourished by the welcoming character of all the members inside Yalwa. I cannot think of a better place to start than here, I trully mean it

I have been working with Yalwa for the last 4 months since July 2019. I was directly recruited from India. Overall, my experience working with Yalwa is amazing. The HR department was extremely helpful starting from getting a VISA, things to do in Germany (opening bank account, city registration, health insurance, etc.,). This start-up atmosphere is full of positive and experienced colleagues. The whole team is always ready to try out new things and find the pros and cons of it. Every colleague is willing to listen to the new team members and their opinion. Very international. Yalwa is young and energetic. Flat hierarchy and follows open door policy. Very helpful. I enjoy every day working in Yalwa. I learn new every day here. My opinion matters even in choosing which game should we play in our next team event. I am looking forward to having a great learning and happy experience here. All work no play makes jack a dull boy. We have lots of other activities and events other than work for the whole team such as summer party, Christmas party, poker night, board game night, team events, cooking events, etc., Recently, we started using a new external tool to give feedback anonymously about anything in Yalwa. I am just writing a gist of how every feedback of each employee matters in Yalwa.
