      - Lots of good people

      Cons

      - Extremely disorganized - Website full of bugs which results in lots of complaints - Poor company structure, no one has clear roles and you are expected to do things not part of your job - Management has ego that needs to be constantly stroked

      Pros

      Being a public company the communication between employees and executives is refreshing. Benefits and salary are up to today's standards but the flexibility to work from home is excellent.

      New employee so none as of yet.

      Pros

      My colleagues were very nice, the few that I had.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of communication, so-so pay. I was eventually laid off with no notice or severance. Very insulting.
