Very stressful and unhappy environment. Constant cost cutting while management spends lavishly on unnecessary stuff. Human resources will only listen to employees who have been discriminated against but unfortunately, is not able to take concrete action. Upper management not only condones managers who openly discriminate against and mobs their direct reports but also promotes these individuals and their actions.
