Pros
Salaries are paid on time, health insurance is covering many procedures and controls, though not it is not very active it has a good banking academy where you can get different lectures on business and finance related topics.
Cons
There is no professional working environment, promotions are not based on experience and knowledge and there is no fair measurement system, very long working hours and extra shifts, HR department is not able to meet employees' needs and very weak in finding solutions to problems, career paths are closed in many departments.
