Pros

The workmates are all young , helpful, and supportive - like a bunch of friends. The work is fully remote so you can work from anywhere in India. A few employees also work internationally.

Cons

Work hours are horrible. They say its 10-7 but it's more like 10-10. I've worked till 4am a few times (The boss stays online to make sure you are working that late). Most employees are just fresh out of college and lack experience, so employees with experience are given the bulk of the work. Hard work is awarded with more work.

Pros

Working at Yellow Slice is ideal if you value a structured, fast-paced learning environment where you can work on high-impact projects for major brands like Axis Bank and Paytm. The biggest pros are the exposure to their proprietary "STEP" methodology, a flat hierarchy that encourages fresh ideas, and a strong culture of continuous learning through "Yellow Days." However,

Cons

Including the typical high-pressure atmosphere of a boutique agency, where tight deadlines can lead to long hours and a heavy workload. While the data-driven process ensures high-quality results, it may feel slightly restrictive for those who prefer total creative freedom over strategic, KPI-led design.
