Pros

- Owners and Leadership are respectable and care about their employees - Transparent executives - Smart, reliable and compassionate co-workers - Free snacks galore, breakfast brought in every Friday - Work/Life balance is great -Above average compensation - Time off when needed, able to work remotely - Not micromanaged; employees are trusted to perform their job duties - Lots of room to grow and learn new things - Great experience that is almost impossible to find in corporate environments - Fosters creative thinking

Cons

- Some workers take advantage of relaxed environment, and develop an entitlement mentality - Some employees become complacent with their under performance and are bitter when they are let go

Pros

YellowFolder is a very unique, specialized company poised to do very well in a brand new market. Great people, competitive pay, and overall just a pleasant place to work.

Cons

No cons here. There is a ton of opportunity for this company to do well.. We're in the infancy stages of this market and as school districts continue to catch on - the business is poised to succeed and expand.

Cons

- Unethical upper management - Sexist and demeaning behavior, which can be proven, towards some staff by new leadership - Falsifying potential sales figures for presentation to investors - Provides misleading information to individual employees - Refusal to provide proper KPIs as it relates to how performance is evaluated - Voluntary and forced staff turnover becoming more frequent - Constant forced coaching in the name of motivation - Specific employee with ties to investment group - New leadership believe best employees are the ones most desperate for a job - Multiple instances of fraud went un/under-reported to investors and insurance company
