Punctual salary Annual health check at ridiculous clinic Pantry for meeting with toxic, high carbonhydrate drinks CEO encourages teams to backbite and conflict, even multiple teams do the same job, same scopes, same areas

Cons

No company strategy or plan, only CEO dreams but never actually find a way Low-important matters are more urgent No foundation established, CEO changes his strategy every two weeks

Pros

The company used to be my promising place for development opportunities in Logistics Freight Fowarding and E-commerce Warehousing field. Former VP of Sales and Operations, former Managers, former Associate Manager and my colleagues were my best teachers and supporters along the way. I'm so grateful for having them in my career journey.

Cons

People & Culture (HR) department has been giving worst experience for being an employee here: No salary raise since their new policy came out. They interfere and make top-down decisions to each department's KPI (including logistics freight forwarding) as they are experts in each department. They force us to sign the out-of-nowhere KPI of 2024 in December 2024. However it's not bad when leaving the company.
