Pros
Flexible work schedule is all I can speak of.
Cons
Benefits are terrible and new CEO is not an honest man. Every day I go into the office I expect for the doors to be locked by the landlord and vendors waiting to retrieve their goods. Negative working environment, mostly brought on by fear that we cannot meet our revenue targets to make payroll.
