Pros
A few people are nice and try their best, which makes the days tolerable.
Cons
Leadership does not plan or communicate. They do not properly resource projects or enable anyone under them to be successful. Weekends and long nights are not just common, they are constant and usually without reward. Managers are fighting to stay above water which leaves individual contributors completely out to dry with no path to promotion, development, or growth. Roles are constantly left open when people leave or layoffs occur, leaving massive holes and further under resourcing projects. No effort is made to retain key contributors leading to near constant turnover.
