      Pros

      Job application process was nice and easy.

      Cons

      There is no consistency in management, e.g. previous manager would treat you with respect, however new manager would treat you with no respect, will make jokes about you to other employees, and fire you on the spot with no notice. I also did not receive any training on how to use the phone scanner.

      Growth. Growing pains, but it always ends positive.

      Pros

      Lots of cool perks, like free food and back massages, and good training.

      Cons

      All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
