      Pros

      Flexibility, no managers hanging around, freedom

      Cons

      Self employed so obviously your own taxes, managers don't care about you only getting their "red" deliveries done. I had a car accident and they were more concerned about if I could still deliver their Parcels.

      Pros

      Lots of cool perks, like free food and back massages, and good training.

      Cons

      All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
