Pros

There are no real pros to working at Yoobic unless you view it as a temporary solution while searching for a better opportunity elsewhere. I CANNOT RECCOMEND this company to anyone!

Cons

The work environment is characterized by micromanagement, a toxic culture, and a complete lack of empathy and humanity . The managers are unfit for their roles and fail to inspire or lead by example. The leadership team is focusing solely on avoiding conflicts with the CEO rather than driving meaningful change or growth. The product itself is riddled with issues, and the company lacks any clear vision for the future. Instead of addressing fundamental flaws, the focus seems to be on superficial fixes. If you're looking for a place where your efforts are valued and where you can grow professionally, look elsewhere. Yoobic is not the place for that.

Pros

Team is wicked smart, cares about each other, our amazing clients and success, great office culture and lots of cross functional support from other departments like marketing customer team etc.

Cons

Leadership is very involved so if that isnt for you sometimes its not the right fit.

Pros

The people who work here are kind, intelligent, and hardworking. Many team members care about doing a good job.

Cons

mployees are often given a full workload quickly with minimal guidance, and support from management can feel inconsistent. Workloads across teams seem heavy, and it’s common to hear about employees working late nights or weekends, which makes maintaining work-life balance difficult. Career growth opportunities are also not always clearly defined. Leadership communication can feel disorganized at times, and there appears to be limited openness to pushback or constructive feedback. This can contribute to low morale across teams. Additionally, some employees may find leadership involvement in day-to-day matters to feel overly intrusive or occasionally unprofessional.
