      - Bij Yools is iedereen zichzelf, zonder professioneel masker, waardoor collega’s snel vrienden worden. Dat creëert een fantastische teamdynamiek waar iedereen perfect op elkaars sterktes kan inspelen. - Er werken geen managers bij Yools, je werkt er in een zelfsturend team. - Zeer veel vrijheid. Zo zijn er geen vaste uren en is thuiswerk mogelijk. - Iedereen in het team wordt aangemoedigd om naast zijn core job nieuwe projecten te lanceren en uit te werken. Zo maak je zelf veel impact en bouw je mee aan de missie en toekomst van Yools. - Bij Yools komt het helpen van klanten op de eerste plaats.

      Cons

      - Autonoom werken is niet voor iedereen vanzelfsprekend.

      Pros

      Yools is clearly a company with a purpose. Yools wants to change the world and make it better a better place. Today, it does so by creating an online presence for business owners in Belgium, in a very efficient and fair process. The focus lays on helping the client, rather than simply delivering a product and cashing in. The way Yools works is different from the classic, hierarchy based pyramid of companies today. It focusses on self-organization and self-management, allowing the team to take decisions and act on them, without the 'go' from a manager in an ivory tower. You'll end up in a refreshing environment where you get to know yourself and were you are able to develop yourself and your skills with the help of extremely capable and friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      If you're merely looking for a '9 to 5' job without being highly engaged in a company, or you wish to 'climb the ladder', this is not the place for you.

      Working at Yools is working for the common effort of the Beehive (Our mascot is a bee) and working on your personal set of skills to become the best version of yoiurselve. A very safe place to be(e) and to develop yourself!

      If you are looking for jackpot bonuses and Wall Street style paychecks, pass your way.
