Get to work with the public who are usually pretty nice.

Management doesn’t care much for staff. Pay was horrible.

Hostile management in many departments, branches. Low pay. HR ignores complaints about workplace harassment. Adult services has a lot of patron issues: noise, aggressive behavior, aromas, and even criminal behavior. The library system allowed a pro-censorship board to create dystopian collection development policies.
