It's a very good job, the company is honest and treat all of us with respect. Upper management is great, everything there is pretty awesome. Pay is good too.

Small family atmosphere, everyone helps each other. Fair compensation, if you work hard the rewards are there. Great Managers committed to success.

Hours were long, should have scheduled more early days off to limit hours worked. Not a lot of schedule flexibility. There were a lot of late nights.
