      I did Call Center before but here the managers, bosses and even the owner Is clóse by, so the attention Is more personal, the mistakes get bigger but the learning Is also More in detail.

      Pros

      Small family atmosphere, everyone helps each other. Fair compensation, if you work hard the rewards are there. Great Managers committed to success.

      Cons

      Hours were long, should have scheduled more early days off to limit hours worked. Not a lot of schedule flexibility. There were a lot of late nights.
