Learning curve (but good mentorship)

- There might be growth. - If you are leader with lot of experience, might be a good place. - If you can fake it, you will probably make it there. - Pay might be competitive. - Benefits might be good.

- As per the headline, they let go of an intern within a month, citing performance issues. They made that intern relocate before starting. - They are not organized. - They waste time with unnecessary meetings. - No mentorship/ no training. - They are new; they are probably still figuring out what they do. Isn't it strange that there are positive reviews within weeks after 1 negative review? And one of the positive reviews is from an employee with 8 years of experience? (Despite the company being new??)
