Pros
the pay is a bit higher than min. Wage. Mostly deal with kids in your own classroom setting, so good experience for teaching, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fun working with kids.
Cons
Little hours since its after school care.
Management is strict on following everything by curriculum although kids may not enjoy having a schedule recreation or get bored of it easily because they dont want to play the same thing for 35min. Management may scold you if kids are sitting during recreation because theyre not interested.
Not much room for employment growth or increase in pay
