Pros

Some managers genuinely want to improve things. Nice people around, mostly competent freelancers. However, if you can fake competence well enough, you can easily make a lot of money while doing very little — they seem unable to tell the difference between real expertise and good acting

Cons

The company suffers from serious structural problems. Management lacks domain expertise and clear direction, frequently relying on freelancers to make both operational and strategic decisions. Projects often start without proper scope definition or planning, creating constant chaos. Working with public funds for SNCB, they claim to value public procurement compliance. Yet when they hire specialists to ensure that compliance, they consistently sideline them in favor of internal politics and personal relationships. Permanent staff face almost no accountability, while competence takes a back seat to who has the ear of management. This leads to poor governance and significant waste of public money.
