      Great location and MetLife building is an ideal building to work in

      Cons

      Poor management! They are very passive aggressive and micro manage everything. There is no room for growth despite what they say. They are the cheapest people, don't expect bonuses or pay raise here. Terrible work environment, everyone is scared to talk to one another and they are watching you on the camera all day long. Very old school and don't care about bettering the work place or changing their ways. Do not work here you will hate your life! Not a young atmosphere at all.

      Pros

      Situated in a prime location, near the hub that is Grand Central Station, with a staff of mostly genuine hard working individuals in a work environment that is more like a family, what could possibly go wrong?

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism and reluctance to communicate and be open from the top down. An environment of fear and surveillance of employees, you get critiqued for treating customers with decency and professionalism. When you talk with customers, there is a soft voice whispering in your ear from your co-worker in the distance, coming straight from the top, telling you to "Shut up!"
