-Everyone on the corporate level are robots. They create this fake narrative but do not actually care about any of their employees.
-The “Marketing Calls” are not at all constructive. They push goals on teams but provide zero support or help to achieve those goals.
-When taking over a property, they have taken over 6 months to change any sort of signage, they messed up ALL of our vendors/billing, but blame it on the vendors.
-They don’t recognize that each market operates at a different speed and requires different levels of attention in different areas. They expect every property, even global ones, to operate the exact same.
-They treat their on site staff horribly. If you are not on the corporate level, your thoughts/ideas are not welcomed.
-Pay is not competitive.
-Their uniforms look like we are supposed to be working at Best Buy.
