      Pros

      Decent People, casual/laid back work environment.

      Cons

      Poor wages, high turnover rate, everyone is viewed as expendable by ownership/MGMT. Product offered by the company is pretty much a scam. Every customer who calls in is upset and often wants to cancel services, but can't due to various contract loopholes.

      The free food in the kitchen was amazing.

      Cons

      The impossible standards to meet in the first week of training were ridiculous. When your entire training group is iced out before the end of the week? That is a reflection on poor management and a bad service or product, or both.
