Wonderful products, great employee discounts, flexible hours, a family run company.

Poor management, corporate says one thing and some managers do their own thing. I worked part time for 5 years and when I had to take 6 weeks off for cancer treatment - a new manager didn't care. Corporate HDQ in Virginia promised me that my job would be there when I came back - the new manager at our store gave my spot to her best friend and the Corporate HDQ rep wouldn't even take my calls. 6 months before this they were asking me to help write a new training manual for employees.
