Just RUN AWAY! If you are ambitious & innovative definitely this place is not for you! No budget to do nice projects, a “big” company acting poor like a start-up with no funds! Old fashioned marketing techniques and mentality, not enough diversity within the employees, they put pressure on you to participate in social corporate activities, the office is not modern and located in an industrial zone far from the city, people will monitor how often you go the office, too much useless meetings, IT tools to properly work are non existent. Low salary vs the market and workload is too intense. High turnover!
