      Pros

      We have a great young workforce that is upbeat, making the atmosphere in the office more casual than most others. The toy industry is ever-changing which means the work is varied and satisfying. There is a real culture of everyone "pitching-in" to reach a common goal.

      Cons

      Work can vary in intensity depending on upcoming shows or release seasons - you can be staying late in the busy months and a little bored in the quieter ones.
