Pros
Brand Name, Starting Salary,.. means company offers good salary for joining, but after joining no hikes, no security of jobs, Unprofessional Management, Hiring 2 -3 people for one job roll and after few months firing other two.
Cons
Gender bias company, no value for good and hard working employees, relatives and favoritism supporting Management. Management has changed three time company policy according to their convenience. Now they are circulating the mail to everybody and forcing them put positive feedback in social media and job portals. Working in Zafco , now we are feeling its like working in General Stores (Shops). Even in Dubai office, in the name of cost cutting they fired more than 50 - 60 people. Now in India office also first they hire the people in high salary now they are firing them and finding low salaried people. Even management has promised the employees for hike and promotion, when employee upgrade the things and teaching the thing to juniors , company firing them, now no body relying each other, everybody feels insecure. Only few peoples are secure who are relatives of management people or favorite of them.
