      Pros

      It allows you to work from home but still feel like you are part of a team. The supervisors are also really understanding of your time

      Cons

      The work can be a little slow at times, and some of the clients are not the most friendly people.

      Pros

      Work from home - just need internet and a headset. No obnoxious projects - just easy b2b appointment setting. They provide you with everything you will need to get up and running ( and making calls and earning money). Its really very simple and easy.

      Cons

      Working American hours might be a con to some ( its not for me). If you hate cold calling make sure you dont take a cold calling position! There are some warm calling positions - but not many...
