      Pros

      Work from home, fair wage, honest management and room for growth in the company. Companies been around for a bunch of years so they aren't going anywhere...

      Kind of get lonely working from home....

      Pros

      Work from home - just need internet and a headset. No obnoxious projects - just easy b2b appointment setting. They provide you with everything you will need to get up and running ( and making calls and earning money). Its really very simple and easy.

      Cons

      Working American hours might be a con to some ( its not for me). If you hate cold calling make sure you dont take a cold calling position! There are some warm calling positions - but not many...
