Pros
Great learning opportunity for anyone starting out and learning about technology or technology companies. Strong offering in the market and has good industry opportunities. Located just outside of London which is 2.5 hours away from toronto. Many Best practices to learn from an older company.
Cons
.Culture in management is toxic and bullying is common by managers who have been there forever. Company prides itself for being a home to "lifers", which gives these managers power to push new employees to either quit or eventually let them go. Inexperienced staff who have been at the company for a long time and have not worked anywhere else carry a lot of power within the organization. If this is managed well, you can build a good culture.
