Pros block is not meant for this company, really cant think of one. Oh yeah, got one : Free Food - though served with insects, plastic etc. Eat at your own risk.
Cons
I'm not sure where to begin or if this box will even allow me to type all the cons of this employer. 1) Do not go with the Good Reviews - All written by the Management(HR) or Freshers been forced to write good reviews. I can assure you all the glowing reviews are by the same person who just keeps posting reviews and changing her(HR) statements. 2) Target is to hire only freshers & torture them. 3) HR - Insanely paranoid. She spends most of her day spying on employees. Has got no life of her's & has dedicated her life to the company. 4) Company has lost all the technically talented people & the few remaining are the management boot lickers (Does similar job like the HR). 5) Your performance is considered only good when - you work day & night, work on weekends, do not take any leave - not even sick leave, And unfortunately if at all your sick then Manager will tell finish your job here first before hospitalising/dying. 6) If at all you finally can't take it anymore, when everything crosses the limit & you try to resign, they never accept your resignation until last day you will be pleading. 7) You never know when they will throw you out of the company(Freshers are safe in this case), as they are left with few penny in their account & can't pay you.
