Thanks for your review. Creating a positive working environment is very important to us and we are sorry to hear your experience did not reflect this. Some ways we share appreciation for employees are through regular awards, our monthly ‘Lunch with Leadership’ where employees are invited to lunch on us at a restaurant, and team socials. More generally, our managers and People team are on hand to support employees. We encourage individuals to raise any issues directly through these channels so we can resolve them.
