Pros
Used to be a good place to work with some opportunities but definitely no more. Pros are that although staff are overworked and underpaid, they are all lovely. Nothing else - no company benefits at all
Cons
CEOs do not care about the company and are barely involved. When something is reported to them, they do not even attempt to fix the issue. Same goes for those in management positions. No thoughts given to any staff on frontline such as store, riders, customer support even though these are the people keeping the business afloat (barely at this point). Awful customer experience as all deliveries are late. Due to recent redundancies, all staff are now doing several peoples jobs and this came with a pay CUT can you believe?! No support given. Overall, awful treatment of staff - definitely would recommend to avoid at ALL costs.
