Would reccomend - Producer Zappar Employee Review

- Zappar has smart leaders and very transparent and honest senior managers - almost to a fault. There is a lot of financial transparency and a lot of information shared from leadership to everyone regardless of position - A very collegiate and flat structure that means leaders are approachable and engaged with your needs regardless of your position or your time at the company - Zappar have lots of interesting proprietary technology like Accessible QR codes and care a lot about accessibility - Flexible in terms of allowing team members to work from home with a good social environment

Cons - As with all start-ups there are lots of projects and lots of changes of direction to fit into a highly fast pace environment. You could argue this is a pro if you want this sort of environment. - It's a difficult market with lots of challenges over the past few years which has led to some headcount reduction. - The offices are in Chiswick, which isn't that central if you want to work in an office environment.
