      There is no pros at all except 5 day week I don't know any pros in my career except above

      HR Policy changed many time as per their requirement Very poor management and HR management Office time is not employee oriented

      Disappointed with the post-employment experience. My Full & Final (FNF) settlement has remained pending for several months despite multiple follow-ups and no clear resolution. I hope the company improves its employee exit and settlement processes going forward.
